I often use online/viral “contests” as an exercise. Although it would rock to win something that is never my goal in submitting. To me they are tune-up, stay-in-shape types of creative challenges.

And the same QUESTIONS always come up …

Can I write something that hits the brief? Is it in line with the company’s current campaigns? Should it be? Shouldn’t it be? Why? Can we tailor this amazingly awesome idea to meet the balance left on my credit card … and not lose ANY funny? How can we UP production value when we don’t got none?

Of course!, Sorta, Probably, No, I dunno, “outlook is good”, more balloons
