ready … set …

April 20, 2010

YOU HAVE TO START WITH THE WORDS BEFORE YOU CAN GET TO THE PICTURES … HERE WAS MY START TO THE CHEX MIX SPOT

“THE REAL PARTY”

Open on a little girl, Natalie. She is weaving her way through a sea of grown ups. They are at a party playing games, laughing and snacking on Chex Mix, but none of that is on Natalie’s mind. She has a party of her own to get to! She passes her Mom who is holding a large bowl of Chex Mix … and grabs it!

Natalie

Thanks Mom.

Little Nat then grabs the hand of an adult party goer and whisks him away with her. Chex bowl in one arm and the party goer in the other.

Cut to the playroom and Natalie’s party. There is a table set up with all of her guests (and their favorite snacks). Nat is very excited to introduce the new party goer to everyone

Natalie

Let me introduce you to everyone.

Natalie goes over to a cute teddy bear whose wearing a party hat. He has a plastic plate in front of him with ONLY the mini breadsticks from the CHEX MIX on it.

Natalie

This is the birthday bear his name is Teddy. He only likes the long breadsticky things.

She continues the introductions. As we move to a princess type doll.

Natalie

This is Brianna. She’s new in town.

She whispers.

Natalie

She only likes the cheesy shapes so please don’t offer her anything else.

She moves on to the next guest. He is a dinosaur. Piled high on his plate are Chex pieces.

Natalie

And this piggy guy I like to call Chexosauraus Rex …

The little girl cracks herself up and giggles a lot! She continues …

Natalie

Just kiddin … his real name is uhmmm … well I don’t know … but he eats A LOT!

They then get to a no eyed, no eared, no armed Mr. Potato head looking toy. He has a pile of plain potato chips on the plate in front of him.

The little girl stops and looks. She is insulted. She leans in to tell the adult in a rather serious tone …

Natalie

I don’t know who invited him.
